How to unlock the Building isn't cheap! achievement in PC Building Simulator - Definitive Guide

This is fairly easy to pair with
PC Building SimulatorI'm broke, Uncle! The I'm broke, Uncle! achievement in PC Building Simulator worth 22 pointsGet into $3000 of debt.

You could just buy a bunch of extra parts, which will sit in your inventory and possibly be used down the line, but I found it more useful to buy extra tools to put me in debt once I leveled up a few times, such as auto-cabling, quick screws, extra software (like "Will it Run"), etc. These are permanent upgrades that will generally be useful for the entirety of Career Mode. Whatever you still need to buy after that to put you $2,500+ in debt can easily be spent on a variety of parts after that (and don't forget to do same-day shipping for an easy extra $100 spent!).

Once you go more than $1,000 in debt, you're charged an additional penalty of a flat $10 every day you stay in $1,000+ debt.

After this, just continue your Career Mode as normal. There's no additional penalty for going even further into debt outside of having a bigger hole to climb out of. As soon as you complete a job that brings you at least $1 out of debt ($0 doesn't work, it has to be $1+), the achievement will pop.

Do you have to complete a job, or can you just buy a ton of parts then sell them all?

One slight correction/addition to this solution: if you go more than $3000 in debt your bank account is locked and you can't order anything from the shop until you get it back to at least -$3000. So you do have to be a bit careful to not go too far in debt, as you could find yourself in a situation where the current orders don't bring in enough to get you back to -$3000 so then you can't order more parts for future orders. Not sure what exactly would happen, maybe the game would bail you out somehow. You could also maybe get out if you have a supply of used parts and get lucky with orders that can be completed with the parts you have. Probably easiest to simply avoid going significantly under -$3000, though.

from -$2500 and below you need to have at least +1 dollar in your account.

Be sure to save before receiving this trophy! If you don't want to just lose money.
The easiest way:
We buy the most expensive components (so that the balance becomes below -2500); after which we simply sell everything in our inventory until the balance becomes positive. (after that we load the last save and return the money).
