How to unlock the Get your wings achievement in PC Building Simulator - Definitive Guide
This is more of a word of caution as opposed to a guide:
Upon loading the game for the first time, you will be asked to allow PC Building Simulator to have various permissions (a large message should pop up prior to accessing the main menu). If you decline to grant those permissions, this achievement (as well as "Wow to build a PC!") seemingly won't unlock until the permissions are granted, or they wouldn't for me. After deleting my cloud save and granting the permissions, I completed the mode again and unlocked the achievements immediately.
I'm not certain if other (all?) achievements are affected by not granting permissions.
Provided you have no issues with the above, this will stack with "Wow to build a PC!" should you beat the time requirement. The game will walk you through each step required to complete the mode. It's in your best interest to remember the order of what you need to do, as well as where the parts will be located on your screen for each step if you're attempting the speed run in your subsequent attempt(s), as the process will be exactly the same.
