A pretty easy way to do this is to install both GPU Tuner and OCCT. Go in GPU Tuner and set all the sliders all the way (don't forget to apply the changes). Run OCCT, set the test type to Infinite and start the test. You should get the blue screen of death within a few seconds. Restart the PC, redo the OOCT test and repeat until you get the achievement.

I did this in Free Build, and didn't have to repeat anything. The system simply bluescreened as soon as I hit Apply, and continued to BSOD every power on!
In Free Build, go into Free Build Options and turn all options on, they make things quicker, like auto wiring etc.

Mine popped on the 4th or 5th restart. Didn't even have to get 10
