You need $37500:
Level 1: 5000$
Level 2: 7500$
Level 3: 10.000$
Level 4: 15.000$
After paying Level 4 the achievement will unlock.
One more hint: Save >84.500 to unlock both Achievements (own 100% company stock), make a save, pay the 6 Levels, earn both achievements and reload the savegame, to get your money back.
Paying/owning the company will give you no advantage (it's just wasting money for the achievements)

In case folks are curious, I just hit level 20 and immediately afterward Uncle Tim emailed offering majority ownership. I hadn't heard from him in a while and was somewhat concerned that I'd dismissed his email or something (there isn't an option to discard it, but I couldn't remember). From here, I'm going to sit on these and do the reload trick.
