You need $84.500:
Level 1: 5000$
Level 2: 7500$
Level 3: 10.000$
Level 4: 15.000$
Level 5: 20.000S
Level 6: 30.000$
Total 87.500$ (you need to have 84.500$ and can use your 3.000$ credit)
After paying Level 6 the achievement will unlock.
One more hint: Make a save, pay the 6 Levels, earn the achievement and reload the savegame, to get your money back.
Paying/owning the company will give you no advantage (it's just wasting money for the achievements)

It does let you change the name of the company! Great tip, though, def not wasting any extra to keep the stock (until after I get to 1mil)
