How to unlock the Perfection achievement in PC Building Simulator - Definitive Guide
This website was what I ended up using for hitting the exact score requested:
https://pcbuildingsim.magn0053.dk/calculators.html
At the tail end of level 9, almost start of level 10, in story mode, I had a build request for 6601 3D Mark score with Dual GPUs. Using the build maker section of the above website, enter in the target score, with an offset of 0. I also entered in the budget available for the job ($4000). Look for the entries that satisfy your requirements (IE: Dual GPUs, find entries that list 2 for GPU quantity) and make sure your wattage is within spec for the power supply you buy.
At level 9, this suggested builds for 615W, but the highest power supply I can buy is 600, so I found an entry that stayed below that.
Hope this helps!

I got this achievement from a different build job (4200 score for the eSports kid, oli), but managed to get it using the site linked above. Thanks for the recommendation!

There will be a request of upgrade around levels 4 and 5, (I got it when I was at level 5, but it may be sooner or later depending on how much missions you have completed), that requires you to get at least 3556 points on 3DMark, for this request you don't need to buy/change any part of the PC, simply go to the BIOS settings by pressing LB or RB when the PC is restarting due to the 3DMark install process, and change the first option of the middle tab to yes (which will automatically change the RAM frequency from 2133 MHz to 2400 MHz), then go to the last tab and choose the Save and Restart option.
After the PC restarts just run 3DMark, and when the program finishes and show the result you will unlock the achievement.
This is my first guide ever, if you have any suggestions feel free to comment.

Did you play through Level 5 a couple times to confirm this? I started a new game and played through level 6 and never got a 3556 job. Not only that tried to just change everything benchmark I got in level 4/5 to hit the number and none of them worked like your solution. There are some later jobs that require builds and benchmarks that are basically "story" and so I'd imagine they could be the exact same across playthroughs but given the massive amount of choices I'm pretty sure every game may just have random benchmark numbers generated that can be attained at your level. The calculator solution above is what got it for me.

I've restarted the game a couple of times by now and every time the jobs seems to be the same, like even the name/emails of the clients. There will be other opportunities to achieve the exact benchmark score without needing to buy parts, but this one I found to be the earliest.
The motive of my restarts is that each time I am trying something new, ex: getting less than 5 starts at the beginning, then start to get only 5 stars to see if you can reach 5 star rating, at one point I was at lvl 14 and didn't get a single job requiring a 5 star rating.
I am testing lots of things in the game, so I can avoid mistakes on a main save slot. 1 thing I figured is that the game doesn't discard jobs that you refuse, and by doing that it doesn't recognize that you lvl up slower, at one point I was getting jobs that required parts I had not unlocked yet, due to refusing jobs and not leveling up as intended.

While lvl 5, I got a job for William Shah requesting a 3dmark score of 4829. All I did was replace the gpu with the most expensive one available to me at the time, MSI GTX 980 Ti gaming 6g Golden Edition. No BIOS changes or any other parts. Hit it 1st try. FYI it won't pop unless all the case parts are installed.
