How to unlock the Hasta La Vista, Baby. achievement in PC Building Simulator - Definitive Guide
This achievement can be done in two ways:
1. Play normally for a REALLY LONG TIME until you reach 2029 naturally.
2. When starting a new day, there will be an option to skip the day. Doing this around 4000 times will get you the achievement. In the process you'll also most likely unlock Calling In Sick

I used the second method to save time.
With this being Play Anywhere, I loaded it up on PC and set an auto-clicker running to click the Skip Day button repeatedly.
The landlord and utility company are also very patient and understanding it seems, as I skipped through 10+ years of monthly rent and utility bill payments and didn't get the power cut or get removed from the building.

FOR WINDOWS 10 USERS:
Easy Peasy! I recommend doing this achievement FIRST.
1. Start a new game with the graphical settings set to minimum. This is important, as the autosave between each day lasts a fraction of a second compared to a save with loads of inventory and jobs.
2. Using your favourite autoclicker (I recommend googling Autoclicker by Shocker), set up a clicker to run at 10ms with a hotkey to turn it on and off. With Shocker's, this defaults to ALT+SPACE
3. Ignore the tutorial - go straight to the door of the office, and end the day.
4. Pop the cursor over Skip Day, and start your Autoclicker.
Don't worry about paying rent or bills - it won't matter. Just leave it running for ten minutes, making sure the cursor stays over the Skip Day button. As soon as you hit the year 2029, the cheev will pop!
Now you can delete the autosaves and start a proper game without having to worry about this ridiculous achievement

Either go for this achievement as soon as you start the game, or make sure to backup your save files!!!
This might as well be the easiest achievement in the game. Simply start a new game, go to the door, and set an auto clicker that clicks on the next day. Depending on the speed you set it to, and your CPUs power, it will take ~10 minutes to get the achievement to pop.

You can get it at the very beginning of the game after 30 minutes. Just go to the door (exit) and select “end the day.” Next, without leaving the door menu, click “skip day” several thousand times, and so on until January 1, 2029.
