How to unlock the Stop it achievement in PC Building Simulator - Definitive Guide
You can build this in Free Build mode.
There's different ways to build a PC that gets you this achievement but here is an example build on how to do it.
NOTE: Celeron requires either Kaby Lake or Skylake LGA 1151 socket
Go to Free Build from the main menu and go to inventory and pick up the case Antec DF500 (or any other), put it on a workbench and start picking up parts. Here's a step-by-step path to building the PC:
1. Open the side panel
2. Install a EVGA Z270 FTW K motherboard (or any other with Skylake or Kaby Lake socket)
3. Install a Intel Celeron G3950 cpu and apply thermal paste
4. Remove front panel and dust filter
5. Install a AIO Liquid cooler for the cpu (I used NZXT Kraken X72, make sure it has RGB fans)
6. Install four G.SKILL Trident Z RGB 16 GB 3866 MHz RAM sticks for a total of 64 GB of RAM
7. Install a ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Ti OC Edition (or any other 1080 Ti GPU). You need to remove the PCI covers first
8. Install a Antec High Current Gamer 850W power supply
9. Install a CORSAIR Force Series - MP500 960GB M.2 or any other storage device
10. Remove the Mortoni Heat Away 120 fan from the rear of the case and replace it with a 120mm RGB fan (I used CORSAIR HD120 RGB LED)
11. Put back all the panels, filters and covers and attach a USB stick to the PC and put the power on
NOTE: You can find removed case parts from Install > PC Parts

Following your guide as stated worked great. I got it as soon as the boot up sound was about halfway through.
Thank you (adding a thumbs up)

Tower means an ATX size case, just like a motherboard from the same category.
MAX RAM means filling all memory slots with the maximum capacity dies.
RGB coolers means all fans and cooling systems must be backlit.
AIO cooling means water cooling of the processor.
SLI for a video card means you need to install 2 cards from NVIDIA.
Well, as they say in the description, with the crap Celeron processor.
And of course, it would be logical to install the most powerful power supply.
The trophy can be obtained at character level 21.
