How to unlock the The Best of Both Worlds achievement in PC Building Simulator - Definitive Guide
Start a game in Free Build mode and choose a case from the inventory.
Put the case on a workbench and start attaching parts. These parts will get you this achievement and the 1920x1080 achievement.
Case: Any (I chose Antec DF500)
Motherboard: GIGABYTE X399 DESIGNARE EX (or any other with TR4 socket)
CPU: AMD Ryzen Threadripper Twelve Core 1920X
CPU Cooling: Any that fits TR4 socket (don't forget to put thermal paste)
Memory: Doesn't really matter, I chose the first one on the list: ADATA Premier Series 4 GB 2133 MHz
Graphics Cards: ASUS ROG Strix GeForce GTX 1080 Ti OC Edition (or any other version of 1080)
Storage: Any, I chose Seagate BarraCuda 500GB 32MB Cache (because it was first on the list)
NOTE: You need to remove the back panel of the case to install HDD
Power supply: Antec High Current Gamer 850W
Plug all the cables in and attach a USB drive so the PC installs the Operating System and put the PC on.
NOTE: The PC needs to be able to boot to the OS to get the achievements so you need to attach the USB stick.

It's worth noting that the achievement(s) won't pop unless the PC Status reads "Ready to boot" in green. I was able to boot to the OS with a tower that wasn't properly put back together (Incomplete case in PC Status), and nothing popped. It was picky stuff like making sure the HDD bay was pushed back in, as well as the PCI lock being in place.
