Anyone having issues with this popping? I've tried purchasing the third workbench on multiple save files and nothing.
Update:
After several more failed reloaded saves and new careers, I finally got this to pop. I had to delete all save data and uninstall and reinstall the game. If anyone else runs into this issue, the fresh start seems to do it. Better to restart while you're still early in the career.
