This will probably be your first achievement in the game. You will get it after clearing all the orange pegs on the first level in adventure mode.
Below is a video of the first level if you need it. Credit to "Throneful" from youtube. He completes the first level in the first part of the video (first 2 minutes) it is at the point where the game comes up with 'extreme fever' that you will get the achievement.

When you clear all the orange pegs and bricks on a level you will get Extreme Fever and also unlock this achievement. This can easily be done on Adventure, Quickplay, Challenges or Party Play, but can not be earned during any Duel matches.

You will get this after you beat your first level. Simply clear all of the orange pegs to enter "Extreme Fever" mode and this trophy will unlock.
