Use the Pumpkin's special move to spawn ghost balls and clear big parts of a level early on, you should also receive an extra ball or two. Aim well and have some luck, I've cleared the very first level this way and got the achievement this way.

On Challenge mode, there are levels that must be completely cleared to Master.
The very top one of these is very easy to do, try and clear huge amounts on your first 2 goes, preferably getting both purple and green pegs.
Good clearing characters are the pumpkin, dragon and owl. Use the pumpkin and dragon skills straight away. Owls can be used whenever, but they too are very good when used straight off.

First level, with the alien is what worked best for me. His special will almost clear half the level on its own.

Start any level and leave one orange peg or brick until you have hit every other peg, so it doesn't go into fever. All pegs must be cleared including blues, purples, greens and oranges. It doesn't matter what order just as long the screen is clear of pegs when you go into fever.

Clear all of the pegs on any level. An easy way to get this is to use Jimmy Lightning and play the level "Das Bucket." Make sure to not hit the last orange peg until you have cleared all the other pegs. It is best to make your last orange peg high on the board so you don't accidentally hit it.
