How to unlock the Empty-headed achievement in Pentiment - Definitive Guide

On day 3 of Act 1, find Sebhat in the Cloister for lunch which will be attended by the women and children of the village. The achievement occurs when he is telling a story to the village children. You may have to have discussed his desire to share a meal with the bakers in a previous dialogue.

Share a meal with Sebhat. It can be found in the Abbey Monastery, and this achievement will unlock towards the end of the cutscene.
