This is located in act I once a brother gets locked in the cellar.
An easy way to get this, without having to meet the criteria to persuade Wojslav directly (I did it twice and couldn’t get close) is to have lunch with Smokey the Charcoal burner located in the forest, he will tell you some gossip, including something juicy about Wojslav! I’d suggest doing this before trying to persuade your way in just in case you can’t talk to him after!
Next go find Wojslav in the abbey kitchen and you should be able to get in the cellar by threatening to tell the Abbot about him! Job done.

Does anyone know what dialogue choices actually results in a successful Persuasion for Wojslav here? This solution looks solid, have yet to try it myself, but I'm curious if anyone has any thoughts on where to go or what to say without using Smokey. After two playthroughs, I've still never seen a single thing appear, positive or negative, for that Persuasion check.
