Perception (EP)

I managed to get the trophy only after deleting the saves and translating the console into English (I don’t know exactly what helped).

As for the version - Russian or English - I played the English one without taking any risks to get this trophy.
If suddenly this happens and the creature catches you, quickly close the game and restart from the checkpoint - the trophy should fall out. Checked personally.
