How to unlock the The Doll Collector achievement in Perception - Definitive Guide

From what I found was that the achievement tracker was busted beyond all belief and that its a really weird port of the steam version. The guide I'm linking bellow shows the location of all the steam dolls, but there is also an added two per chapter of xbox only dolls.
I managed to find 4/2 dolls in chapters three and four and got this achievement in chapter three... but then never got the achievement for chapter four collectables. any achievements thereafter...

Before the remaster version there were 2 dolls in each chapter. With the update, two more were added to each chapter. Thus, the trophy can be obtained by the end of the second chapter if you find all the dolls in both chapters. In principle it is not difficult. The most cleverly hidden dolls will be in the third chapter. Be careful!!!
