1. Start a Capture the Flag match with only you and no bots
2. Map - Desert (small)
3. Set time for max with no set number of Flags for the win
4. Make sure to holster your weapon to run faster
5. You don't have to wait to be teleported out of the start zone, run through the teleporter in the middle of the room to start immediately
6. Flags are on opposite, outside corners of the fort so you just keep running back and forth (short cut is through the hallway)
With no bots you don't have to worry about interruptions and will get in a good rhythm running back and forth.

Good solution! Who needs bots.
For those who don't know (I didn't) holster weapons is up on the d-pad. It does make a difference. Also, I think the "short cut" actually takes longer, as it's really not (much) shorter and you waste time turning corners.

Play a game alone against a bot on a small map where you are quick to the flag. Then. set the time limit to whatever amount of time you are willing to put into this achievement, and an infinite flag score limit. Just keep running the flag, and this will unlock when the game finishes.

Play capture the flag VS Bots on Agent skill level set the score limit to 10 and the bots should not be very hard.
