Affection is increased by choosing dialogue options when speaking to the boy whose route you are completing. Choose dialogue options that will make that boy like you more. During the walkthrough, the trophy is listed as unlocking when speaking to Hiroya, choosing the option ‘Hey, don’t attack Hiroya’.

The trophy will unlock as soon as you pick a dialogue option that increases affection.
