This is technically story-related and unmissable, as it serves as part of the tutorial part of the game, but basically, when you get to the 6th floor of Tartarus in Thebel, you’ll get taught the “Shift” mechanic - which to Persona veterans is basically P3R’s “Baton Pass.”
A Shift allows you to pass the turn onto another party member when you hit a weakness and trigger a “One More.” This is a handy way to down all the enemies who have different elemental weaknesses in one turn, meaning you’ll be able to perform more “All Out Attacks.” Once you’ve performed your first shift, this achievement will unlock.
