How to unlock the Armor Disarmed achievement in Persona 3 Reload - Definitive Guide
Chariot and Justice are a dual boss fought on 6 August. The key to this fight is using theurgies then balancing out the damage between the two enemies. The gimmicks to the fight is that Chariot and Justice can fight as a single unit, and must be separated by a powerful non-resisted attack, and that they can resurrect one another and heal 500 HP.
The boss is situated at the end of the Military Facility (be sure to pick up the two Twilight Fragments along the way) and starts off in tank form. Guard during the first turn to minimise damage from the AoE attack, then have the team build up their theurgies (have the protagonist switch personas every turn, ideally to one that can buff team mates; Yukari heals; Akihiko buffs himself; Mitsuru spams Marin Karin; Junpei and Aigis attack). Whoever gets targeted should guard (and have their defence buffed ideally) and if the boss loads grenades, have everybody guard. Once somebody's theurgy is full, use it (I went with the protagonist's Jack Brothers attack for Almighty damage). This should cause Chariot and Justice to split into their individual forms; Chariot is bulkier and resists physical attacks, but takes normal damage from elemental attacks, while Justice is weaker, resists magic and takes normal damage from physical attacks. Neither have any weaknesses.
Unleash your team's theurgies, prioritising Chariot to cut down its health and avoid accidentally taking out Justice and causing a resurrection (Justice can take two or three theurgies before going down). After a certain amount of time, they'll rejoin to tank form. Rinse and repeat to split them apart again, where they'll split their remaining HP evenly. Once both are low health, build up your theurgies again to unleash a final barrage and hopefully take both of them out before they get a chance to resurrect themselves. Once both are down, the battle will end.
My team for the fight was Protagonist (Ren), Yukari, Mitsuru and Akihiko. Junpei and Aigis both rely on physical attacks (Junpei needs crits while Aigis just needs physical attacks) and Aigis's theurgy makes her attack automatically, hence why they're benched for the fight (also it's the lineup speedruns use)

It's story related. You'll unlock it by beating the boss on August 6.
Story-related, cannot miss.
During the fifth Full Moon event, this one taking place on August 6th, you’ll make your way underground in pursuit of this latest Shadow. There, you’ll find both Chariot and Justice, two fairly tanky bosses.
The key to this boss fight, though, is easier than it was in Persona 3 Portable (or FES). Here, all you need to do is just use a Theurgy attack to unlink the two bosses when they combine - and every time they do so - and then kill them both in the same turn. As soon as you’ve kissed the pair goodnight, the ‘Armor Disarmed’ achievement is all yours. It's story related. You'll unlock it by beating the boss on August 6.
