Persona 3 Reload

In Persona 3 Portable, when you'd level up certain Personas who have a jewel item symbol on their stats card, you'd get a skill card. However, in Persona 3 Reload, that system has been tweaked somewhat. 

Now, when you level up a special Persona who houses an item in Persona 3 Reload, you’ll unlock special items that can be used to buy some of the game’s ultimate weapons from Mayoido Antiques and the like.

For instance, once you’ve found an Ergotite Chunk in Tartarus, you can trade that along with 5 Garnets and 2 Soul Sea Drops to create Yukari’s powerful mid-game Calamity Bow - that has an attack power of 260 and has a medium chance of inflicting a random ailment. In fact, most of the game’s legendary weapons and key items will require the item from a Persona Conception (as the game calls it).

To get the ‘Birthday Present' achievement, though, you simply need to find a Persona with an item, and then raise them enough levels until you unlock it. You don’t need to make an ultimate weapon, you just need to get their item. If you’ve stacked out some Social Links to level 10, then fusing lower level Personas of that arcana is very likely to get the item without you doing all too much, so not too much trouble for this one, in truth.
