When you have to decide whether or not to kill
If you do not kill them you will be on the path for the good ending. Just beat the game as normal and the achievement will unlock after the credits.

Story-related, missable.
As we said in The Great Seal (15G) achievement guide, in order to get this and that aforementioned achievement, you need to choose to be a pacifist on December 31st, and choose not to kill Ryoji. At that point you’ll head into January, with the main task to fight Nyx on January 31st at the top of Tartarus.
Once you’ve battled and defeated Nyx, you’ll be thrown back into the open-world for some story-related shenanigans in an epilogue of sorts. It’s at this point of that game that you’ll get to check in with your Social Links, and see out the school year. After a hell of a lot of story and some lengthy credit scenes, you’ll be presented with a post-credits scene, which once finished, will unlock the ‘From Shadows into Light’ achievement.
Congrats, you saw the best (and happy) ending.
