How to unlock Fusion Artisan
To unlock the ‘Fusion Artisan’ achievement you need to head to the Velvet Room and speak with Igor about fusing a Persona.

Once you've selected Fuse Persona, go to Fusion and then Special Fusion. In that menu you'll find all the game's three or more Persona fusions - and you’ll unlock more as you progress.

The first one you'll be able to perform is at level 15. If you have an Angel, Silky and Unicorn (either on you, or in your Compendium), you'll then be able to fuse Fortuna.

Perform one of these special fusions and the ‘Fusion Artisan’ achievement will be all yours.

I have fused 3 or more personas over and over again, even fusions of 4 or 5 personas but this achievement doesn't want to be unlocked :(

In the menu of the Barzat Room there is an item for creating strong Personas; for this you need 3 types of similar Persons (for example, Jack Frost and his “relatives”). Elizabeth will ask for one of these mergers, it’s better to complete it right away, get this achievement and another assignment for an invitation to the GG’s room.
