This achievement will be unlocked by playing through the story so you won't miss it.
The achievement can be obtained after progressing through the story until you reach 4/18 Saturday During the Evening. You'll have a meeting with the SEES group and during that meeting, they'll ask you to join the group. Once you agree to join you'll receive the achievement.

On Saturday 18th April, in the evening, you’ll have to head up to the 4th floor of the dorm, where you’ll speak to Shuji Ikutsuki and the rest of the dorm’s inhabitants. There, you’ll agree to join SEES (the Specialized Extracurricular Execution Squad) and this achievement will unlock.
