When you trigger a One More (by targeting a weakness or landing a crit) during a fight with Shadows in Tartarus, you can get a Shuffle Time card game at the end of the fight, to choose a bonus reward - if you end the fight with an All-Out Attack, you’re guaranteed one.

A short way into the game you’ll learn about Major Arcanas, which are a new mechanic introduced in Persona 3 Reload. Major Arcana cards are extra special cards you can pick up during Shuffle Time that give you great temporary Tartarus boosts or permanent rewards. They can give you the valuable Homunculus, a bonus XP boost for every battle in your current Tartarus visit, they can boost your All-Out Attack damage temporarily, boost your Personas stats, and so on.

The best way to get Major Arcana cards to appear is to take on rare enemies (red flaming Shadows) and take down Monad Door bosses - if you end with an All-Out Attack, you’re pretty much guaranteed to get one.
