How to unlock the Fill Your Hand achievement in Persona 4 Golden - Definitive Guide

You get a Sweep Bonus whenever you successfully clear all available cards in the shuffle mini-game that appears after winning a battle. This achievement is a bit RNG, as not every shuffle time has the necessary cards needed to clear every available card. What you want to look out for are cards that have the "X More" description, as selecting this card will let you choose another card. Some of these will change one of the available cards, some of these will sacrifice your EXP or Gold rewards, but the benefit is that if you get the Sweep Bonus, the next battle you face you are guaranteed shuffle time and you get to pick three cards to start instead of one, making it easier to get another Sweep Bonus.

50 is fairly low amount to obtain, I achieved this during the fourth dungeon in the game. If you are looking to obtain it faster, always go for the cards with the "X More" option. Other card's to look for: Change to Arcana (this is the category of card that most commonly has the "X More" option), Lose a Dealt Card, Get All New Cards, and Half/lose EXP or Gold (those last two usually come with 2 or 3 more card picks.

The Sweep Bonus that this achievement refers to is when you clear all the cards at the end of a fight after you’ve activated “Shuffle Time.”

In order to get a Sweep Bonus, you have to clear all the cards and be left with an empty slate. The key to getting a Sweep Bonus is activating cards that have a “1 more” or a “2 more” on them, and then chaining them together so that there’s nothing left in front of you. It does mean sometimes you might have to take “Half Money” and “Half XP” cards, but in the long run it’ll benefit you.

The key to getting 50 of these is to chain them together. The actual bonus from a Sweep Bonus means the next Shuffle Time you get, instead of having to work with 1 card, you get 3. Making it a lot easier to hit the Sweep Bonus again. Easy enough, especially if you’re trying for it.
