How to unlock the Leblanc Buffer achievement in Persona 5 Royal - Definitive Guide

On the left side of LeBlanc (right before the stairs that lead up to your room) is a restroom. Interact with it and choose the second option to clean up LeBlanc (+1 Heirophant, +1 Kindness).

You might not be able to do this at the very beginning of the game so wait until you're able to freely spend your nights as you wish.

Cleaning is an optional task you can perform in the coffee bar where you live by interacting with the closet on the first floor, right next to the stairs. You'll gain Kindness points, and bonus points for the Heirophant confidant - as well as the achievement.

Leblanc is the café downstairs from your living area. You'll need to go through this place potentially hundreds of times in Persona 5 Royal as it's the only way of getting to your room. The Heirophant and Justice Arcana Confidants are also started from here.

At any point in-game where you're able to spend free time in Leblanc, you can opt to clean up the inside of it. This trophy involves you doing that for the first time. When inside Leblanc, interact with the toilet door on the far-left side, just before heading upstairs into your room. In this menu, select the second option to sweep up Leblanc. It'll yield +1 Kindness, +1 relationship points for Heirophant, and the trophy.
