How to unlock the Master of Akihabara achievement in Persona 5 Royal - Definitive Guide

The description of this achievement is vague and misleading, as it won't unlock by just ordering something at the café, what you actually need to do is gather 20 stamps from this place.
Go to the Maid Café, it is located at Akihabara. The entrance is a staircase and the map icon is a hair bowtie.
Now just start ordering food. You should get a stamp for every 1000 yen you spend, so you will need around 20,000 yen for this.
You can't just get them all in one go though, as the game will restrict your from doing it, you will have to leave and come back a total of aproximately 4 times.
You get bonus stamps for visiting the Maid Café on saturdays, so take advantage of that.
Once you get all 20 stamps the waitress is gonna let you know that there will be a special item waiting for you on your next visit. After that just leave, come back the next day and the achievement should be yours.

This didn’t unlock for me when it should have. Luckily I had a save right before entering the Maid Cafe. It did unlock after reloading and entering again. Just a heads up to make a save before entering the Cafe with 20 stamps.

The maid cafe can be found in Akihabara, which unlocks in late August. You will find it across from the donut shop. To unlock the "special menu" you must first earn 20 stamps at the cafe by spending 20,000 Yen. You can only spend 5k per trip, so after four trips ordering the most expensive item, you will unlock an automatic cutscene and this achievement on your 5th trip to the cafe.

The maid café is a location in Akihabara where you can spend time to increase social stats and also eat a delicious meal. This trophy involves getting the menu special at the maid café, which occurs on the next visit after spending a total of 20,000 Yen there.

Normally, you will be able to order which menu item you want to eat, so order the most expensive menu item which costs 5,000 Yen. If ordering just this item, you will get the menu special on your fifth visit to the cafe.

The trophy will unlock as soon as you receive the special. Below is a video showing the special event:
