This achievement is unlocked from using skills available from either your character's base Persona or equipped sub-Persona to attack enemies or provide various supports to your allies. On your turn, using the 
to navigate the play field, move and stop until the 
prompt pops on screen with Persona next to it, and then press the button to open the list of abilities that are available. Abilities that can't be used to due to either being out of range from enemies or allies (use 
to open the Analysis list and use 
to scroll for the tatget ranges for abilities as they're applied on the play field) or having insufficient SP are greyed out. Pick an ability that is available using 
, then use to find the enemies or allies you want to apply it to, and press once more to confirm. This achievement will unlock naturally as you play through at your own comfort and pace.
