Level 16 is in the 'Medium' category and will also net you "Laser Blaster" if you haven't done Level 6 or any other laser level. Your laser is active while you drift, you can use the button and turn or just start turning from a stop while pressing to drift in a circle.

To save yourself a couple minutes with this game, you can complete the first 5 levels, making sure you get gold on level 4 (I was able to get gold easily by just flooring it), back out, complete level 8, and then complete level 16 for the completion. Note that for level 5, you just have to knock the trash off the table, no ball rolling as stated in the level description.

Here is a Video guide I recently uploaded with all the solutions for all achievements in this game. The controls are 'wonky' and take some time a practice but for me this was an easy 8 to 10 minute completion.
