You will get this on the second part of level 21. You will need to do this to progress. Just place a pet on the fan and then pull the lever

I am not getting this achievement. Tried it alone with the cat, the dog, together and nothing.

Make sure you are on the second part of the level, the fan on the first part is automatic so won’t trigger the achievement
