Ocean Master was the most difficult one IMO...took me quite a few tries as they always seems to beat me in the last round...rest of the achievements were pretty fast as in the video...

After each round you win, another opponent gets added. So your final round is a 1v3. This isn't as hard as the last time you had to do a 1v3 because this arena isn't total dog shit. But it's definitely going to take a while--you shouldn't expect to score a goal before sudden death kicks in. This is a war of attrition, even on round 1.
Stay directly in front of your goal and keep slamming the puck to the opposite "corners" of the arena. Eventually, all the blocks in the arena will break, which will make it easier for you to predict the movement of the puck. Keep hitting the puck at the corners until you either get lucky with the bounces and score/break their goal defenses, or until your opponents finally leave their goal area, at which point you should aim directly at it. Good luck!
