This should come naturally by playing through mycareer or in casual, but if not:
Go into casual > local game, and select course and search "golden ferret." This is a user created course where you just have to putt the ball into the hole. Press down on the D pad to select putter, and hole the shot, netting you the 'ferret' and 'golden ferret' achievements in one go, as well as 'hole in one' if you haven't gotten that, either.
***If for some reason this course gets delisted like the last one did, you can always add me on XBL, and filter search results by 'Friends favorite courses.' They seem to still be accessible as long as you have favorited the course before it gets delisted from search results***
