Luckily this isn't like past games where you had to get all sponsors max.
You will get this in My Career Naturally. If you play on an easier difficulty this will make it easier your player obviously will be playing much better.
Sign with any sponsor, example Nike for apparel. As you go through the My Career you will be asked to change sponsors. Do not do this until your sponsor is Level 9 (Max Level).
You have the choice of 3 sponsors: Apparel, Clubs, and Ball. You can check your progress in the My Career Sponsor Menu, click the sponsor to see the level.
