How to unlock the Now That's Value achievement in PGA TOUR 2K23 - Definitive Guide

Go into myplayer > locker > fittings and select a fitting with A button. You will need 3 fittings of the same type/color (common, uncommon, ect). Just select 3 fittings of the same color, and either exchange or upgrade with the Y button.

Helpful guide as the achievement description isn't really accurate. Trade in does not equal deconstruct.
