Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis

Creative Spaces are the new builder mode where you create your own island paradise(and later an Alliance base!). To access this, you need to go to Central City in the Aelio region(or one of the other major cities). Right near the city teleport device(Ryuker), you will see an NPC named Arche standing nearby. Talking to her will initiate the Creative Spaces tutorial, which grants access to the menu option in the Ryuker teleport menu.

Now, head to the Ryuker device and the bottom menu option should now be available. Select Creative Space and you will load into your personal CS map. Just arriving is enough to pop the achievement, no need to build anything.
