For this achievement we need to finish Episode 1. The quest we want is
A Final Goodbye
Shortly After
The Chrome Dragon, the Ravening Tyrant achievement in Phantasy Star Online 2 New Genesis worth 72 points[PSO2] Proof of killing Chrome Dragon. *Restricted to single party areas.
You'll encounter the Chrome Dragon again who is slightly harder this time around. He's weak to Light element attacks but reagrdless he's a pushover as much as the rest of the story bosses.
After his defeat the game will roll credits after the cutscene. You may skip them if you wish.
Now that we are done you'll notice there's still Episode 1 Cutscene Quests still to go. The quest
Unforgettable Will
Is the only one left we need to obtain Quna's partner card. So start and if you so wish immediately skip the scene and you'll have acquired her Partner card. The next quest is the final scene if you want to watch that and head to episode 2.
Now we go pick an Expedition quest (or whatever you want to do now) and board the Gateway ship.
On your left hand side is a window with an i
This is the Ally terminal. Select Quna and invite her to your party.
Now just finish the quest.

By far. The most tiresome of the achievements. The story mode is a drag since it feels like 80% cutscenes, their is no meter to indicate how far you are, the story mode completely distracts from leveling up, and the Quna ending was confusing. She had to kill her brother cause her boss told her too..., but they might have been trying to cover up their illegal experiments? Episode 1 should have ended at the Dark Falz stuff for a better Episode conclusion.

By the time I even started Story Mode, I was around Level 50, I had done all the Expeditions...Story Mode is just a lot of "press START, skip, next chapter." And only a couple of titles require you to beat a boss in Hardcore mode; the rest you can do in Casual very, VERY easily and guilt-free.
