The spring event is now over and an alternative will be needed. Before the spring event, the only way to kill this boss was to play a stage that required level 90. This is no longer the case.
Go to the Guardian Colony and go up to the Guardian branch on the 5th floor. Go to the girl at the front of the counter, facing the entrance. She will have a bunch of missions. Pick "select mission", and "old event missions", and then "MAG'". MAG has level 25 monsters and no required level.
At the end of this stage, you'll be in a small enclosure with a crystal. Activate the crystal and choose the option to go to "DF'". Once this stage starts, use the teleporter straight ahead and move near the boss teleporter. Once everyone is there, you are teleported to the boss arena. After fighting this boss, you'll get the achievement, just like I did : D
You'll realistically need level 40-50 to solo this, but I happened upon a party of people doing it, so I got this at level 17. I'd suggest a party. It's really in your best interest to find someone to help you, if at all possible, now that Dark Falz can be fought outside of the level 90 required mission, you can finish the DLC in a day.

Just FYI, Dark Falz 1 has always been available through MAG C, it is Dark Falz 2 that wasn't before level 90 (but apparently now is) :

It's my understanding that at one point, the only way to kill Dark Falz one was in the same stage as 2. Then the MAG event happened, which provided a different way for Dark Falz. The event stayed after the MAG event ended. Since the Spring Event ended, I wanted to highlight the current fastest to get it.
It's been so long since the last time I played the game (before I got these achievements after starting again) that I might be wrong, though.

Just a quick tip for those wondering how exactly to get it, coming from other comments :
Slightly off topic but where's Dark Falz 1 located for the spring event? He's the only one I'm missing; can't seem to find where he's at.

He is located in the same spot as always. Go to the GUARDIANS Branch and select Normal Mission Counter. From there hit Old Event Missions and pick MAG C. Its a long mission. After the trial has ended select the crystal and hit Program DF it takes you to Dark Falz 1

This is also how I got it, just look for people doing MAG C, join their party, and hope they do it after (or better yet, ask politely!). People usually don't mind having people follow them, so long as they aren't dragging behind too much.
Slightly off topic but where's Dark Falz 1 located for the spring event? He's the only one I'm missing; can't seem to find where he's at.
