To get to this mission, you must go to Parum, go to the east district and enter the Flyer Base. Choose the mission Scarred Planet and complete it. Afterwards you'll be in a different lobby, enter the next area and select and beat the Lightning Beasts mission. After beating this mission you'll be brought to a beach area, go over to the cave and enter it, select the seed express mission, at the end of this mission is the Mother Brain.
As for the boss itself, it can be pretty annoying. Her most common attack is a shield that CANNOT be penetrated, while the shield is activated she will slam down one of her arms, attack them to deal damage (Her arms and body share a single HP pool). While her body is unprotected she will cast different spells, these spells will auto target you but they are easily dodged merely by running.
Her other body attack is shooting this large wave of darkness, which will always do 0 damage if you stand still (The wave pushes you away however, just don't move). Her arms will also do attacks, such as sweeping the field, however they aren't particularly powerful. All in all the boss is fairly easy, however she protects herself a lot.
The main strategy would basically be attack her body when possible, and when her arms are down attack them. Stay at the back of the level to avoid most of her attacks.
Achievement will pop immediately after her defeat.
The requirements for the missions are as following;
Scarred Planet: Any levels can enter, monsters are level 5+.
Lightning Beasts: Any levels can enter, monsters are level 10+.
SEED Express: Any levels can enter, monsters are level 15+.
It's worth mentioning this boss is fairly easy, beatable around level 25 or so.
Also the bosses element is Lightning, so Ground type weapons/bullets/technics will deal additional damage.
