Phantom Breaker: Omnia

A Throw is performed by pressing Forward + Heavy Punch when next to the opponent. To throw break you press Forward + Heavy Punch when the opponent tries to throw.

This gets a little tricky to do. It might work in training mode but it did not pop for me. I tried this both in training mode and vs mode. The achievement never popped. I checked my achievements a little while later and saw I earned it.

A standard throw break occurs after the throw animation starts. When you break the throw your character will pop out of the throw and jump away. A Just Throw Break occurs before the animation starts and will have both characters jump away from each other.

I actually had an easier time performing a Just Throw Break while boosting this with two controllers than a standard throw break. You just have to work on doing different throw break timings until you get the achievement to pop.
