To Land a Super Finishing Move you just push 
(Left Trigger) by itself. The Requirement though is 2 full gauges. Do not use (Left trigger) once you have 1 full Gauge as it will execute a special move and use the 1 Gauge. Once you have 2 Full gauges just keep doing any moves to get your opponents health as low as possible to make sure when you launch the Super finishing move you also complete the round with it.

In Phantom Breaker, Super Finishing Moves are known as Phantom Breaks, which are very strong attacks that can deal a great amount of damage when it makes contact with the opponent. These attacks can only be used when using either the Quick or Hard Styles, and each character's Phantom Break is different depending on the style used (though in the case of Shiro-Mikoto or L, they will only have one Phantom Break attack since they only use one style).
You can activate a Phantom Break attack by pressing either
, or 
and 
at the same time while standing still once your meter is full. When executed, the background will change to a lighter color with a cut-in of the character executing it appearing before the attack starts. An example screenshot of this can be found below:
As the trophy's description says, you will need to win the current round of a match with a Phantom Break attack in order to unlock it. Keep in mind that unlike most of the other trophies in the game, you cannot unlock this in Training Mode and it has to be done in an actual match.
