How to unlock the Kitty Flip 1620 achievement in Phantom Breaker: Omnia - Definitive Guide
As you probably surmised, an air recovery is when you get hit in the air and hit a button (the actual button doesn't matter) to land on your feet (there is a pink button prompt at the bottom of the screen when it happens.) The character will glow green upon a successful air recovery. While working on other achievements, you more than likely will have racked up quite a bit of air recoveries through normal play.
To get the leftover amount done, it is best to go to training and create a routine of the dummy character jumping in place and attacking in the air. Once that is setup, all you need to do is jump into their attack with a diagonal jump (so you won't be guarding) and hit a button to recover before you hit the ground lying down.
If you are unsure how many you have left, you can check in the Main Menu:
Records > Play Data > Achievements
Then scroll down to Kitty Flip 1620 in the 4th row, 5th column to see your current progress.

To perform an Air Recovery, you will need to press any button while on hitstun when an opponent attacks you in the air. When this happens, you will see an arcade button above your meter telling you to press it in order to recover from said aerial hitstun, and if done successfully, the player's character will have a green flash surrounding them while a circular spark will appear, which indicates that an Air Recovery has been triggered successfully. For some examples, please refer to the screenshots below:
As the trophy's description says, you will need to perform a total of at least 300 Air Recoveries or more in order to unlock it. You can keep track of your progress towards this trophy by going into Records in the main menu, and then go to Play Data. While you are there, press to go to Achievements and you'll be able to keep track of your current progress towards this and the other trophies that require you to perform a specific amount for certain actions.
