How to unlock the Omnia Style achievement in Phantom Breaker: Omnia - Definitive Guide
This one is real easy. Go into training mode. Select your character. Make sure you are on Omnia style. This gives you 400% super meter.
Once the game loads in go into the training settings and set the P1 Burst Gauge to Max.
Let your super meter fill to 400 then do 4 ex special moves by pressing a direction + Special + Heavy (default A+B) in a row. Once you do all 4 the achievement will pop.

In Phantom Breaker, players can utilize upgraded variants of each character's special moves at the expense of using 100% of their meter gauge (200% is the max in the Quick and Hard Styles, and 400% is the max in the Omnia Style). This is known as an Enhanced Special Attack, which has improved properties while also dealing more damage and can be used as either a combo extender or a combo finisher.
To use an Enhanced Special Attack, you will need to press either +, +, or + to use them. Needless to say, these can be super cancelled from normal attacks or their weaker counterparts as well (which can be done by pressing +, +, or +, since each character has three Special Attacks each). When used, the background will change and a cut-in of the character performing these attacks will appear, as seen in the screenshot below:
As the trophy's description says, you will need to perform four Enhanced Special Attacks consecutively with the Omnia Style in order to unlock it.

An example of an Enhanced Special Attack. In this case, Waka is using Hiryu Suijin-ha (+), the enhanced version of Suijin-ha (+)
