How to unlock the Clocked-in power?! achievement in Phantom Breaker - Definitive Guide
Go to arcade mode and press start with a second controller to bring in another player.
Pick Cocoa (quick style) as your main character and Infinity (hard style) as the second character.
Stand close each other and press x with both players at the same time and with the right timing you do some counter attacks... this should bring both characters to 200% pretty fast and that's our goal. If you don't want to use counter attacks use any other way like dashing to bring the burst gauge to 200%.
Now i pressed with Infinity and pressed forward + with Cocoa to attack Infinity during his clock-up phase. Before the times run out i pressed with Cocoa to renew the time and just continued to attack with forward + . Now the achievement should unlock - hopefully.
Good luck!

Very tough but hopefully I can get this one. Probably the toughest achievement in the game.
EDIT: Many fights later I still struggle with this. Not sure if I can wait to almost the red bar is empty with infinity or if you meant to refill the time with Cocoa before the blue bar is finished with Infinity? I have experimented some but no luck.
I also press forward with infinity or he will block my attacks.
Finally got it when I was kind off messing up. Weird! I had infinity for the first time on the left side. I don´t think that mattered.

Play arcade with time set to infinite. Use Cocoa quick for your main controller and interrupt the first match with Infinity hard on your second controller. Use Kugare’s method to get both of their gauges to 200%. I used a rubber band to keep Infinity moving forward, so he couldn’t block. Then activated second controller’s Overdrive by pressing RT and started pressing X attack on main controller. When 2nd controller’s gauge is about to run out of blue, activate the Overdrive of main controller by pressing RT. When the main controller’s gauge runs out of blue, repeat the process.
The hits don’t have to be done in one go, just the same round. It took me 3 Overdrive cycles to get it, which is why I used the X attack. It does very little damage, so you won’t end the round prematurely by knocking out your opponent.
