You must first unlock Fin before trying this achievement.
After she was unlocked, you must satisfy one of the following three conditions while playing Arcade mode.
1. No continues.
2. Win with SP super-move.
3. Cumulative total of 100 cancel out within that playthrough.
Note that you have to satisfy exactly one of these conditions. If you satisfied that, Fin will break into the play. Then by defeating her, you can make her appear and unlock this achievement.
It seems that there are some other ways to unlock this achievement.

I never played this game, but it seems like you can unlock rhis without any requirements just by playing online and selecting her as your character. It should unlock before the match even starts.

This just unlocked randomly at the first match when I decided to interrupt with the 2nd player and used Fin. So weird!
