Very easy achievement. As in most fighting games, you have a buildable gauge in the bottom left corner (or right if 2P side) that grows with attacks, dashes etc. Simply raise this meter to level 2 and win the match without activating it and using weak attacks to fell your opponent. I believe it just has to be the final blow with a weak attack ("X" by default).

This did not work for me in versus.
I had to go into Arcade, and then use a second controller to 'Fight interrupt'. Then it worked for me.
