You have to use the quick style and evade 250 attacks. You can do this in Arcade mode with a second controller. Before you do this go to the settings and set the time to infinity and the rounds to 5.
Use any Character you want (I used Kurisu for both players) and put your main account into the left corner and the second account beside her as close as possible. Press forward with your main controller and
for a kick with the second controller at the same time.
If you see a red shining light animation around your character you have the correct timing and should continue pressing these buttons. You can collect a huge amount of slip shifts in a single round with the right timing, but i have to say it was not easy to figure out the best timing.

Need to play or perhaps win (not sure if you need to win) 250 matches so I suggest that you do this with just 1 round to get matches in. You unlock kurizu at 250.
To improve the guide I would say that you need to mention that you need to double tap forward with your main profile to make the fighter run. That is why you press forward. I realised this after a few fights. Also don´t stand too close from the start of doing it.
EDIT: Just noticed there is another way to get the red circle and I did not run with my fighter. Maybe I am wrong. Very tough to get it right in that case. Well, we will see.
lol I see the correct thing now is to do is doing what you said. But to make it easier the timing is that you attack a milli second before you press forward with your main character. Because then they will react with dodging it. And I use cocoa and she make this sound when she do it right.
