For me this was by far the toughest achievement to obtain in the game!
1.17 ratio one would think it was easy!
Well, there was no information anywhere on the internet on how to obtain this so I can only thank my good friend SaidaiKanpeki for suggesting to do a 3 round fight.
This achievement does not work in a one round fight for some weird reason.
I got this when I used Infinity vs infinity and I was in arcade mode were I pressed start to interrupt the fight with the 2nd controller.
I were suggested to win the first round so I did.
In the second one I made sure to reach 200 % on the bottom left meter and when I had that I pressed LT and A at the same time. I guess it is by just pressing LT you get this achievement using the super ultra deadly or whatever. So either LT or just A or LT + A at the same time.
I will edit that info if someone can get back to me about that. But I want to post this solution here in case someone else also get stuck on this one.

So try that! For me it took me about 40 fights trying to get this achievement. I might not have double tapped LT twice.

Weird! But did you play 3 round fights or one round fights?
As soon I followed a friends advice and did a 3 round fight it unlocked. I might have tried over 40 matches before I got this.
