Infinity is the final boss (12th fight) in Arcade mode and will unlock upon beating him. To make this easier put the difficulty on Easy and 1 round. He is annoyingly cheap/hard IMO but after a handful of rounds you can learn his moves. Try to block his projectile assaults and then close in and abuse L1 and L2 moves.
