Like it says, beat arcade mode. To make this easier put the difficulty on Easy and 1 round. Infinity is annoyingly cheap/hard IMO but after a handful of rounds you can learn his moves. Try to block his projectile assaults and then close in and abuse L1 and L2 moves.
